IPOANS Members Address Concerns on Bill 467 at Law Amendments Committee
On Monday, September 16, IPOANS members and non-members appeared before the Nova Scotia Legislature’s Law Amendments Committee to express concerns regarding Bill 467, which proposes extending the rent cap to December 2027, and to voice support for the continued use of fixed-term leases.
